Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a PBX Operator/ Receptionist who will be responsible for answering the switchboard and handling the pages overhead.  PBX Operator will help to monitor Hospital alarms and must be aware of the policies and procedures of all Hospital Emergency Codes.  This individual will need to have the ability to communicate with the population which the hospital serves. 

 

 

Customer Service, the ability to multi-task, and previous experience in an office or receptionist setting is a plus.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent required (effective 4/1/14 for all new hires).
  2. Previous PBX experience preferred.
  3. Previous experience in office or receptionist.
  4. Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines.
  6. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Customer Services experience preferred.
