The Chest Pain Center Coordinator / Stroke Center Coordinator is responsible and accountable directly to the Quality Director. At DRMC the Chest Pain - Stroke Program Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the Key Elements of the Chest Pain Center Accreditation/Stroke Certification process, including development and review of protocols, initial and ongoing training, performance improvement and community outreach. This will be achieved by collaborating with the Emergency Department, ED Director, the Chest pain Committee, Stroke Committee, EMS, hospital department directors and staff.
