Under the Controller, this position will provide reporting to evaluate financial viability of service lines, procedures and other ad hoc requests. Will complete financial and statistical reporting to comply with statutory requirements and support and back-up to the Accounting staff as needed; create and generate reports; and analyze data. The position works with management and department managers to analyze and explain financial data/reports. Duties include accounting and financial functions across facilities within the Region.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
2. Five Years in accounting and/or finance, preferably in healthcare
3. Ability, skills, and experience in performing charge, cost, and product analysis and preparing pro-forma statements
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare financial statements
5. Advanced computer skills in spreadsheets, data base management, and report writing
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Works well in a team environment

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $26.00 to $44.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
