The Enterprise Program Director, under the direction of the CIO or Director of Applications, ensures that the project is on the right path and has the visibility it requires. This individual guides the project team and all EHR applications through the implementation and is the central point of communication, maintaining a common vision, plan, and goal across all areas of the project.



  1. Six (6) or more years of applicable work experience required.
  2. Minimum five (5) years of experience working with electronic medical record required.
  3. Experience leading an Epic implementation preferred.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  5. Minimum four (4) years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system preferred.
  6. Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management preferred.
  7. Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.
  8. Experience leading large teams of individuals and the ability to manage staff effectively.
  9. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $125,632.00 to $188,448.00 on an annualized basis. The compensation estimate noted above is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
