Assist the Corporate Director of Revenue Cycle Optimization in executing Revenue Cycle activities, projects, and initiatives with primary focus on uncompensated cost reimbursement (Medicare Bad Debt and Worksheet S-10) and Technical Denials Management. Identify and communicate any opportunity, facilitate process improvement, and implement necessary update to policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk and enhance net reimbursement. Provides training to Revenue Cycle Optimization staff to include offshore support team.




Required qualifications:

  1. Minimum of a BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  2. Three years of government reimbursement and or Revenue Cycle experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Project Management experience preferred
  3. Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (EPIC, Meditech)
