Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the program Coordinator in the operation, development, evaluation and fiscal management of the assigned department.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  1. A Master's degree from an accredited university in psychology, social work, rehabilitation, nursing or related field.
  2. Two (2) years post-graduate experience in which at least one year involved work of a supervisory nature and overall experience including work with clients diagnosed with a serious mental illness as well as psychiatric hospitalization histories. Three (3) years total experience in a behavioral health setting.
  3. Crisis Intervention, Knowledge of Compliance and Regulations related to specific Behavioral Health Department.
  4. Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) within 6 months of hire and maintain current.
  5. Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
