The ADA Specialist II handles the complete cycle of the interactive process and accommodation in ADA leave cases, including return to work for these cases for non-occupational and occupational cases. The ADA Specialist serves as the primary contact for employee’s seeking reasonable accommodations through the interactive process. Ensures the interactive process and procedures are effectively executed and managed in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. The ADA Specialist will collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate the interactive process and determine eligibility.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $74,256.00 to $103,667.20 on an annualized basis. The compensation estimate noted above is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
