As our new Director of Risk Mgmt and Patient Safety you will be responsible for organizing, planning, developing, directing and implementing the Risk Management Program at Providence Medical Center, Saint John Hospital, Providence Place and the Physician owned practices with the objective of controlling and minimizing loss to protect the human, physical and fiscal assets of the organization. Coordinates and integrates the Risk Management Program across multiple hospital departments and with the medical staff. We are looking for someone who will be an active participant in performance improvement data collection, activities, and functions to promote an integrated program, which ensures the provision of the highest quality of health care. As you would suspect, you will collaborate with personnel responsible for safety and security, and ,actively participates in risk-related activities.
