Responsibilities

Prime Healthcare is looking for a Regional Chief Executive Officer for their Missouri/Kansas Hospitals and Facilities. You will be responsible for the overall day to day operations as well as the strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination, and control of activity within patient care, clinical and clinical support service areas. In this role you will work collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner. Plan and direct the short and long range objectives/goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals. Ensure synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals. Attract, train, develop, and retain talent to ensure business needs are met. Drive and build revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance. Communicate key information to respective stakeholders. Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  1. Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration or related field.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
  3. Proficiency in computer operations including word processing.
  4. Demonstrates community commitment.
  5. Ability to lead at all levels of management.
  6. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skill
