Services include:

• Rehabilitation
• Skilled Nursing
• Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
• Vital Stim
• Lymphedema Specialist

The Registered Nurse provides direct care in the skilled nursing care setting. Communicates with physicians / Nurse Director / Co-workers, as appropriate about changes in the patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment

Education and Work Experience

1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Previous acute or subacute care hospital experience preferred.
