The COO provides the leadership and vision necessary to ensure that the hospital has proper operational controls and reporting procedures in place to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. This role can be based out of a hospital in our Los Angeles or Orange County regions. 

Education and Work Experience

Required qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in business or related field required.

2. Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.

3. Responsible for the measurement/effectiveness of all internal/external processes.

4. Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.

5. Ability to oversee major workforce/resource decisions.

6. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially

Preferred qualifications:

1. Masters degree in business or related field preferred.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $180,000.00 to $280,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure. Additionally, employees in this position may be eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus program. Discretionary bonuses, if any, are based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to individual and Company performance.
