The Registered Nurse provides direct care in the inpatient wound care setting.  Communicate with physicians / charge nurse as appropriate regarding changes in the patient's treatment, clinical condition. 

Education and Work Experience

1. Must have current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the state.
2. BCLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
3. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
4. Previous Wound care knowledge and or experience preferred (1 Year).
5. Wound Care Certification within first year of hire.
6. Wound, Ostomy, Continence (WOC) Certification preferred
