The physician will take admissions from the ED, direct admissions from outside providers and consults from specialists. This is a day-time only position. Nights are covered by nocturnist. NPs assist with admissions and discharges, allowing you time to round. Large team dedicated to discharges assists with placement. Flexible call schedule limits admission times and gets you home early on most days. Friendly staff and great support from administration. This is a hospital employed job.
