Responsibilities

The Communications and Digital Strategy Manager will design and lead online marketing programs and drive the digital marketing and social media strategy in partnership with hospital marketing leaders, patient experience leaders and the VP of Marketing and Communications. This leader will drive concept development, supervise implementation, and manage program testing—with the ultimate goal of establishing an effective digital marketing program, improving revenue and enhancing the reputation for Prime Healthcare and its member hospitals. The Manager understands the importance of creating an enhanced patient experience through digital engagement.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  1. Bachelors Degree required in related field.
  2. At least three (3) years of Corporate healthcare experience and must possess knowledge of healthcare trends.
  3. Knowledge and experience in hospital marketing, operations and strategy.
  4. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  5. Excellent writer, including speech writer, writing for web, social, presentations, executive communications.
  6. Critical thinking skills; must be autonomous and self-driven; must be able to work well independently and with others.
  7. Must possess a data driven and analytical mindset.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Masters Degree.
  2. Video and video editing experience

 


Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $82,513.60 to $123,760.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
