Compensation and Benefits
Requirements include experience and training as a physician, having successfully completed a US accredited medical school degree and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology or its equivalent
•
Physician with an active unrestrictive NJ license to practice medicine by the Medical Board of New Jersey
•
Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or Board Eligible Physician Obstetrics/Gynecology
•
Current Valid BLS certification
•
Excellent medical skills in Obstetrics and Gynecology combined with knowledge and educational training to qualify as Staff Physician/OBGY

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $300,000 to $330,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
