Responsibilities

The Epic Revenue Cycle Program Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing the revenue cycle management processes within Prime Healthcare. This role includes implementing, maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure a seamless financial operation. Additionally, this position will collaborate with CBOs, corporate finance departments, IT teams and healthcare providers to drive performance improvements to achieve financial goals. This position will be responsible for overseeing a team of Epic revenue cycle analysts, providing leadership and guidance.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on Epic EHR.
  3. In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
  4. Proven experience leading successful Epic EHR implementations and optimizations for large Health systems.
  5. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Epic certifications in Hospital Billing and Professional Billing.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree in healthcare administration or business.
  2. PMP Certification.

 


Prime Healthcare Management, Inc. offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $125,632.00 to $188,448.00 on an annualized basis. The compensation estimate noted above is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
