Responsibilities

Position Details

  • Will be employed under the hospital owned medical group (Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group)
  • Currently, there are 21+ Primary Care Providers in the group.
  • Primary Care (BC or BE - Internal Medicine)
  • Academic Opportunity - will support in-house Internal Residency Program.
  • Potential Medical Directorship.
  • Will support clinic in Victorville, CA.
  • Spanish speaking preferred.
  • Starting salary is $250,000. (Negotiable)
  • Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
  • Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance (Negotiable)
  • NHSC Accredited Hospital (Opportunity to apply for Loan Forgiveness)
  • Position in Victorville, CA Around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA
  • Can take visa candidates (J1, H1B, O1)

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation will be Provided  The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
