Functions under the direct supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse to carry out the nursing process which includes assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients and para-professionals in a home setting. Ensures quality and safe delivery of nursing services.

Education and Work Experience

1. One to two years recent clinical experience. Home Care/Private Duty experience preferred.
2. Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing.
3. Current license as a professional nurse.
4. Current BLS required.
5. Current driver's license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile required.
