Responsibilities

The Physician will diagnosis, treat, and help with disease prevention and injury that commonly occur in the general population. May refer patient to specialist when needed for further diagnosis and treatment.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING


1. 3-5 years work experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
2. Graduate of a University/Program with a Doctorate Degree of Medicine or Osteopathic– MD or DO
3. Current California Medical License – MD or DO
4. Unrestricted Current DEA Registration
5. Current California Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate of Registration

 

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $To be Determined on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
