Responsibilities

Prime Healthcare is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, internally known as Regional TA Manager, who will be reponsible for leading a team of recruiters who support our Acute Care Hospitals and Physician Clinics. With support from your Talent Acquisition Team Leads you will work with internal human resources teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts through sourcing of active/passive candidates. As you would suspect, you and your Talent Acquisition Team Leads will work collaboratively with HR leaders in your assigned Regions to ensure open positions and future workforce projections are filled in the most time-efficient and cost effective manner. Additionally, you will oversee recruiting processes, systems, manage vendor relations and help guide future changes to evolve Talent Acquisition within Prime Healthcare. Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
 
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. At least 3 years of healthcare experience.
3. 5-7 years of professional recruiting experience.
4. Experience with ATS systems.
5. 5-7 years of professional recruiting experience.
6. Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality, and time management skills.
8. Ability to excel in a fast paced and team environment.
9. Ability to coach leaders and drive optimum outcomes.
10. Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever.
11. Analyzing data and preparing reports.
