Responsibilities

Provides professional nursing care for patients in cardiac rehabilitation according to established standards and practices.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1. Eligible for or current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of Rhode Island with a minimum of three years’ experience in on-going physical assessment of complex cardiac and diabetic patients.

2. Documentation of arrhythmia detection training and two years experience utilizing such training in either an inpatient or outpatient setting.

3. BLS and ACLS certified.

4. CCU trained.
