Responsibilities

Manages MEDITECH/enterprise system applications in the areas of ongoing user support/training, dictionary, maintenance, system enhancements, problem analysis, resolution and troubleshooting. Works with vendors and other IT staff to coordinate hardware installation, maintain and oversee changes, corrections, enhancement to the Clinical Systems. Acts as a liaison for Departments for Clinical System issues.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  1. High School Diploma required for all new hires starting 4/1/14.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Healthcare field, Business Discipline, Healthcare Management, Health Information management or Information Science or equivalent experience preferred.
  3. 2 years work experience in a hospital setting required.
  4. Clinical experience preferred.
  5. Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with physicians, hospital personnel and co-workers.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $24.00 to $35.99. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
