We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Clinical Systems Analyst specializing in Epic to join our healthcare IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing, supporting, and maintaining our Epic systems to ensure seamless integration, functionality, and user satisfaction. This role involves working closely with clinical staff, IT personnel, and various stakeholders to implement, enhance, and troubleshoot Epic applications in a clinical setting.
As you would expect, this individual will be responsible for the following, providing technical support and training to end-users, addressing system issues and user inquiries promptly, Collaborate with clinical end-users to collect requirements, design workflows, and configure Epic software. They will also participate in the implementation and upgrade projects of Epic systems, ensuring proper integration with existing systems and conducting system testing, quality assurance, and validation processes.
