Plans, directs, and provides oversight of medical policies, programs, and daily operations. Works with the related professional officers to ensure financial success, evaluating organizational functions and structure to best determine the allocation and utilization of services. Develops strategic plans, and directs plans, for continued growth of clinical programs.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
2. Five years of prior experience managing in a healthcare setting that includes implementing operational plans and analyzing financial and quality data, preferred.
3. Prefer experience with electronic health records and billing systems.
4. Master’s degree in health administration or other related field preferred.
