Responsibilities

The Director of Rehabilitation Services and the Wellness Center has oversight of the following areas; inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab services and the inpatient – rehab unit as well as outpatient adult and pediatrics.  The Director of Rehab Services will also develop and maintain rehab and wellness programs, be responsible for fiscal and personnel resources, performance improvement, strategic planning, marketing, community education, regulatory compliance, and accreditation.  Someone who has managed Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy programs would be ideal for this position.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  1. Master's Degree in a Medical Rehabilitation field preferred.
  2. Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience.
  3. Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state.
  4. BLS for healthcare provider's certification upon hire and maintain current.
