The Vice President (VP) of Ethics serves as a senior leader within the organization, collaborating with the Vice President of Mission to ensure the integration of ethical principles throughout the healthcare region. This role provides region-wide ethical education and formation, overseeing clinical and organizational ethics consultation processes, and managing the development and implementation of ethical standards and policies. The VP of Ethics is responsible for fostering an environment where ethical decision-making aligns with the Catholic identity and mission of the organization. In addition, the VP of Ethics chairs all Ethics Committees and supports key committees, boards, and leadership in addressing ethical issues across the region. Prepares and reports appropriate data to Prime Healthcare leadership to monitor performance and progress of key initiatives and plans. Performs related responsibilities as required.
