The Regional Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for overseeing the operations, strategic direction, and overall management of multiple rehabilitation facilities within the IL market. The Director is responsible for developing and maintaining rehabilitation programs to meet the identified needs of the community. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in rehabilitation services and a commitment to delivering high quality patient care. The Regional Director will collaborate with hospital leadership, clinical staff, and administrative team to ensure compliance with regulations operational efficiency.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Master’s Degree in a Medical Rehabilitation field preferred.
2. Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience.
3. Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state.
4. BLS for healthcare provider’s certification upon hire and maintain current.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $104,000 to $150,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
