Overview

Full-time Day Shift: 8am to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about patient care and eager to support our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and facilitate smooth office visits to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
  • Assist physicians and nurses with routine examinations, manage patient records, and ensure accurate charting.
  • Accurately measure and record patients’ vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
  • Manage scheduling appointments, maintaining electronic health records, and organizing referrals, as necessary.
  • Prepare and administer laboratory tests or specimens, working closely with lab technicians.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
 
1. Graduate of an accredited school for Medical Assistants, Surgical Technologists, or one year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician clinic setting
2. Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained current
3. Current medical assistant credential from a nationally recognized Medical Assistant Credentialing organization required
4. 1 year experience as a medical assistant in a clinic setting, preferred
