Responsibilities

As our new Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening active and passive candidates who meet the qualifications for our critical and high-volume positions. Your focus will be creating and nurturing a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future staffing needs. In this role, you'll play a key part in our recruitment process – finding qualified candidates and partnering with our Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:
 
1. 2+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruitment experience in the healthcare industry.
2. Expertise in sourcing qualified applicants from job boards, database mining, internet search engines, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and alternative search techniques.
3. Ability to pre-qualify a candidate and present an opportunity and value proposition to identified candidates. In short, to be able to “sell” the benefits of joining Prime Healthcare.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
 
Preferred qualifications:
 
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, human Resources, business or a related field.
2. Previous experience in iCIMS
