This position comes with a $7500 sign-on bonus. This position will work day shift (7am to 7pm).

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Rehab Unit in Kansas City, MO. The ideal Candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within the rehabilitation unit, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at promoting patient recovery and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress, treatments, and responses, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, treatment options, and home care strategies to support ongoing recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with registered nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care delivery.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1. Current and valid state license.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. IV certification upon hire (state specific).
