Now hiring a full time Information Systems (IS) Tech! This is a full-time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm position.

 

East Liverpool City Hospital is an award-winning community hospital proudly serving residents of the tristate region since 1905. With 152 licensed beds and more than 500 employees, the hospital averages 31,000 Emergency Department visits annually. East Liverpool's medical staff is comprised of more than 160 physicians with an additional 21 resident physicians completing their training in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine. The hospital provides 24/7 emergency services, general surgery, medical stabilization for substance abuse, behavioral health for adults over the age of 55, and remains the ONLY cardiac rehabilitation program in Columbiana County. Install computer related hardware and software as needed. Support and provide problem determination and resolution on PC software and hardware. Maintain catalog, software and hardware inventory. Document service activities through the ticketing system. Access all areas of the hospital campus in order to perform computer-related installations. Use computer to accomplish data entry and PC troubleshooting. Summon outside resources when needed to complete installations and support end-users. Act as a liaison between end-users and IS as well as coordinate issues between software vendors and IS.

Education and Work Experience

1. High School Diploma required for all new hires starting 4/1/14.
2. Experience in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Active Directory.
3. 1-3 years experience preferred.
4. Customer service experience preferred.
5. Preferred: Comptia A+, N+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
