VILLA FRANCISCAN - LONG TERM CARE 

Located on the St. Joseph Hospital campus, Villa Franciscan is a long-term care facility in the metro Joliet, IL area. In addition to independent and assisted living, this facility provides memory care, rehabilitation services and respite care to our patients. Villa Franciscan 

has 120 beds and is well maintained 2 story building with ample parking available onsite.

Work Schedule: PER DIEM - Must work 4 shifts for every 4-week period. 2 of these shifts must be on the weekend.

Location: 210 Springfield Ave. Joliet, IL

Incentives: Eligible for 2nd Shift and Weekend Shift Differentials

Hourly Rate: $28.73 an hour

Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks. Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management. Provides Information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the nursing services. Conveys a positive image of organization.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.     High School Diploma or equivalent required.

2.     Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.

3.     Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

4.     Work experience in health care preferred.

Prime Healthcare Senior Living offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $28.73 an hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
