The Sr. Epic Client Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Epic's client-side infrastructure. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Epic Hyperspace, printing services, and third-party integrations across clinical and operational environments. This position requires strong technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and collaboration with IT, clinical, and operational teams. This position is also responsible for custom programming and building custom integrations that are unique and intellectual property for the health system. This position requires the ability to independently identify and fulfill responsibilities with minimal oversight, especially on critical matters. The role frequently involves exercising discretion and independent judgment, evaluating different options, and making informed decisions. The position is expected to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
