Responsibilities

This supports the execution of Prime Healthcare’s enterprise initiatives, development and execution of enterprise level controls, and operational support activities. This includes planning and designing potential business initiatives, supporting documentation of project activities, and address concerns during project execution.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

Required qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree and 4 to 8 years of professional job-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in sales, support, customer service roles, training or operational functions.
  2. Demonstrable experience with transaction businesses, or businesses that rely on processing volume / scale.
  3. Prior experience working across functions and business segments or multidisciplinary teams.
  4. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Automation tools – Power Automate / Copilot)
  5. Strong organizational, and matrix management skills.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be resourceful and flexible, while maintaining absolute professionalism and a customer service mindset.
  7. Proven ability to develop and deliver both written and verbal communications to all levels of the enterprise.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Experience with complex / proprietary ERP systems and complex policy environments.
  2. Experience with presentations to key stakeholders, training.
  3. Experience working within strict key performance indicators and demanding environments.
  4. Any certification in automation tools preferably within the Microsoft environment.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,640.00 to $97,760.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
