Position Overview:
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our established outpatient practice located in Kankakee, Illinois. This is a full-time, employed position with a focus on providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Specialties Accepted: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Setting: 100% outpatient
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
No inpatient or hospital call responsibilities
Average patient load: Manageable volume to ensure quality care
Support staff: Experienced clinical and administrative team
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Fully integrated system for streamlined documentation

Qualifications

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $275,000. on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
