Employment Type: Full Time

Shifts Available: Monday through Friday

Hours: 8am to 5pm 

Location: Missouri and Kansas Medical Groups

 

***This position supports all the medical group practices in the Missouri/Kansas Market. Must be willing to travel to all locations ***

 

As a Regional Quality Manager, you will champion our mission by ensuring top-tier quality operations with federal and commercial payors. Drive continuous improvement, lead quality assurance initiatives, and align with our strategic goals.

 

Bring your knowledge of clinical workflows, including CPC+, PCMH, and NCQA standards, to enhance our services. Your efforts will be pivotal in creating performance dashboards, managing the Quality Program, and overseeing financials for clinics in Missouri and Kansas.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

  • Oversee quality management operations across designated regions to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement quality policies and procedures across the medical group to standardize care and service delivery.
  • Analyze quality metrics and patient outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support and train staff in quality improvement processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledgeable of all aspects of the practice's clinical workflows and quality operations, including Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+), Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), chronic care management, and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for senior management, outlining performance, areas for improvement, and action plans.

Qualifications

Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a
  • A minimum of five years of healthcare leadership/management experience is required.
  • RN preferred
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Medical Group experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with oversight of a CMS Quality program- including implementation and ongoing oversight (e.g. MIPS, CPC+, PCMH, chronic care management, etc.)
