Prime Healthcare is seeking a Regional Physician Recruiter to support physician recruitment efforts across our hospitals in the Chicago area and Midwest region. Responsibilities

The Regional Physician Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the provider (MD, DO, NP, PA) recruiting process for different position types (i.e., PRN, part-time, full-time) for Prime hospitals’ and medical groups across the company. This individual must be able to move at a very fast pace, possess strong organization skills and prioritize based on a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

Required qualifications:


1. 3-5 years of professional physician recruiting experience.
2. Required to travel throughout region to meet with potential physicians
3. Experience drafting physician contracts
4. Experience in recruiting physicians for employed positions.
5. Familiarity with physician compensation models.
6. Experience recruiting passive candidates.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
8. Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality, time management and outstanding negotiation skills.
9. Ability to multitask and excel in a fast paced and team environment.
10. Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever.
11. Strong written/verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

2. Familiarity with Midwest healthcare market, especially Chicago

3. Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
4. Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment
5. Work well in high-pressure situations and a dynamic work environment
6. Experience in recruiting physicians for employed position
7. Experience in corporate recruiting or agency recruiting

 


Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72,800.00 to $101,712.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
