Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner leads and executes strategic talent acquisition efforts for c-level, executive leadership roles, and other roles as assigned, exercises independent judgement and discretion in matching candidates seeking employment with the requirements of job openings, exercises authority in decision making on whether a candidate(s) advance to the next step in the hiring process, coordinates and tracks interviews with hiring managers, and provides consultative support to senior management of the organization as it relates to hiring decisions. The TA Partner ensures organizational goals and business needs are met through advising and consulting on the right fit, overseeing the sourcing, screening, interview, and final selection processes.

 

The TA Partner actively participates in the training and development of existing and new TA staff; training is inclusive to organization-specific policies and procedures, effective sourcing and passive candidate engagement strategies, talent acquisition best practices, ensuring positive candidate and hiring manager experiences, hiring manager communications and relationship management, as well as effective offer negotiation and closing tactics.

 

The TA Partner continuously researches and stays up to date with latest talent acquisition strategies, hiring market trends, hiring tools and platforms, and actively participates in vendor relationship management. The TA Partner prepares ad hoc reports, and ensures accuracy of such reports, for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leaders as requested. The TA Partner assists the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, Region I on special projects and is accountable of ensuring completion of assigned projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

Required qualifications:

 

1.    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of professional experience.

2.    Minimum of four (4) years of Talent Acquisition experience; combination of recruitment agency and internal TA is ideal.

3.    Minimum of four (4) years of experience of advanced sourcing and data mining techniques.

4.    Experience developing and negotiating job offers.

General knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws, regulations and legislation; including working knowledge of employment law as it is applied to recruitment.
6.    Extensive experience working with enterprise systems such as applicant tracking systems and accurately managing applications in accordance to EEO and AAP requirements.

7.    Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

1.    Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.

2.    Proven skill and success in executive-level hiring.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,640.00 to $97,760.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
