The Coporate Human Resource Manager (Bench) formulates and manages programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships across a designated region. The bench Human Resource Manager interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs at both the facility and corporate level. Administers employee welfare and recreation services and serves as an adviser to executive leadership in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes. Additionally, the bench Human Resource Manager assists in ad hoc projects at both the facility and corporate level.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years of relevant leadership experience required.
2. Master’s Degree preferred.
3. At least 2 Years of Healthcare Experience required.
4. Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay practices and techniques, review techniques; training methods.
5. Familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards.
6. Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required.
7. At least 2 Years of Labor Relations/Union experience preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $92,560.00 to $134,056.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
