Responsibilities

Under the minimal direction or supervision the Sr. Identity and Access Management Engineer, will focus on building industry standard Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and deploying respective technologies that support business enablement, while aligning to our IAM mission to ensure the RIGHT access for the RIGHT resource at the RIGHT time for the RIGHT reason. Ensures that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss. The Analyst requires little or no supervision when troubleshooting and managing the resolution of issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. Ensure the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems and solutions. Create and manage master trackers for monitoring progress and reporting of key metrics. Provide IAM product/solution training to business stakeholders and team members. Actively contributes to the results of a team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives. Work on problems of moderate-complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. This position exercise independent judgement and discretion in carrying out day-to-day support related activities. Follow department processes and procedures and may make recommendations to these processes. Actively contribute to the results of the IAM team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives. Collaborate between geographically dispersed teams (including offshore teams) and manage assigned deliverables. The Analyst performs complex design and analysis tasks related to the hospital business operations.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  1. Working knowledge of Directory Service solutions, Authentication methods such as AD, DNS, LDAP, MFA, Federation and Certificates.
  2. Hands-on technical experience in IAM and Privileged Access solutions such as CyberArk, Duo, etc.
  3. Experience with information security concepts such as authentication, access control and protocols not limited to SAML, SSO and LDAP.
  4. Able to analyze risks and to design an appropriate IAM security pattern (provisioning, habilitation workflow, authentication, master data authorities, segregation of duty, privileged access management, federation).
  5. Good understanding of REST API’s, JSON and PowerShell scripting.
  6. Ability to document technical business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status reports, and other essential business communications (as identified).
  7. Understands hospital business operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment.
  8. Must be Self-motivated with the ability to work both collaboratively on a team or self-guided with minimal supervision.
  9. Strong background in customer service is required.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree: combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education.
  2. Experience in Healthcare or other regulated industries is preferred.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $94,993.60 to $128,232.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
