The Revenue Cycle Specialist is responsible for department prior authorizations, Rad One billing/coding tasks, insurance denials/appeals and account reconciliation. Effectively interacts with patients, other health team members, and physicians while maintaining a standard of professionalism. The Revenue Cycle Specialist is the liaison with the CBO and billing vendors providing support needed to produce accurate and timely billing for processing hospital (and other Prime sites as needed) additional accounts receivable.
