• Location: St Mary Of Nazareth Hospital (Chicago), St Mary hospital of Kankakee, St Joseph Medical center (Joliet); Mercy Medical center (Aurora)
In collaboration with the department Director, manages the communications department activities and resources. Provides day-to-day supervision and management of the communications staff. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job related issues. Oversees the departments scheduling, recruitment and payroll. Manages all service requests and overall responsibility of all department equipment. Communicates various system changes and upgrades within the department and across the organization.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Bachelors’ degree preferred.
3. At least three (3) years of PBX experience required.
4. At least one (1) years of supervisory experienced required.
5. Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Customer Services experience required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $63,232 to $91,582.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
