We are searching for a compassionate and self-motivated Medical Assistant who thrives in a busy work environment and is passionate about providing top quality patient care. This role will be a great fit for someone who has experience providing point of care testing, injections, and is comfortable working pediatric patients.

Work Schedule
Mon & Wed 9:30-6:30pm, Tues & Thurs 9:30-7:00pm, and Friday 9:30-2:30pm.
(This role will rotate working 2 Saturdays a month with Fridays off)
This Position is responsible for clinical tasks, such as preparing patients and rooms for examination, assisting physicians with exams, checking vitals, immunizations, point of care testing, prior authorizations, and lab draws as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent or relevant experience required for new hires effective April 2014.
2. Medical Assistant Certification, preferred.
3. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
4. Minimum one year work experience in public contact job.
5. Work experience in health care preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $17.00 to $24.62. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
