Work Schedule
Monday -Friday between the hours of 8:00-5:00pm CST. No weekends or holidays.
This role acts as the clinic's receptionist and first point of contact for our patients. They are responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. They will assist with appointment scheduling as well as support the incoming call volume for the Family Medicine clinic. This person will also be expected to have an understanding of insurance verification amongst other administrative tasks.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
3. Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
4. Current BLS certificate.
