Position Type: Full-Time (0.5 FTE Administrative / 0.5 FTE Clinical)
Base Salary: $350,000 – $400,000+, with potential for more based on clinical volume
About the Opportunity
St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, CA is seeking a dynamic and experienced OBGYN Program Director to lead our ACGME‑accredited residency program. This is a unique chance to shape the next generation of OBGYN physicians while maintaining a fulfilling clinical practice in a diverse community setting.
Administrative Responsibilities (0.5 FTE):
• Provide strong leadership and oversight of the OBGYN residency program
• Ensure full compliance with ACGME accreditation standards
• Mentor and evaluate faculty and residents
• Lead curriculum development, program improvement initiatives, and academic excellence efforts
Clinical Responsibilities (0.5 FTE):
• Deliver outpatient care, labor & delivery services, or a customized mix of both based on your expertise and interests
• Board certified in OBGYN (ABOG) or AOBOG
• At least 3 years of experience in an ACGME‑accredited OBGYN program
• Previous administrative or educational leadership experience preferred
• Commitment to excellence in teaching, resident development, and patient‑centered care

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
