Responsibilities

The Office Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and influencing department activities and delivery of office services while maintaining continuous quality improvement.  The Office Manager maintains operation within budgetary parameters.  Effectively interacts with patients, significant others and other health team members, while maintaining standard of professional business service.  The Office Manager is accountable to the Home Care director for the day-to-day management of select office personnel, including staffing, timekeeping, employee evaluations, counseling interviewing and selection of staff within established guidelines.   

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1.            Three to five years’ experience in health care practice  office preferred.

2.            Management experience preferred.

3.            Computer and word processing skills.

4.            Knowledge of equipment and machines used in the clinic’s office.

5.            Knowledge of collection procedures and regulations.

6.            Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,237.44 to $101,730.72 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
