Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our growing pulmonary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pulmonary or critical care, be confident in managing complex respiratory conditions, and work collaboratively with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions
• Collaborate with pulmonary physicians in developing and managing treatment plans
• Perform in-office procedures, diagnostic testing (e.g., spirometry), and patient education
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as needed
• Support patient care in both outpatient and inpatient (as needed) settings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pulmonary, critical care, or related specialty preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• EMR experience preferred (e.g., Epic or equivalent)

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $850.00-1,100.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
