Responsibilities

The Regional Corporate Director of Radiology and Cardiology Services provides leadership, supervision and oversight to facilities and coordinates system wide activities, ensuring safety of patients and staff and attains objectives, mission and values established by corporate administration for these services. Works collaboratively with Administration and Leadership at the facility level. Directs all human resource functions of the department with include overseeing training and ensures staff competencies, ensures safe staffing levels. Develops and manages budget to meet department, organizational and patient safety goals and ensures regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree, Graduate of an AMA or JRCERT accredited program in radiologic technology
  • State License, if required, and ARRT registry and discipline credentials, in good standing
  • Previous experience as a radiology technologist with supervisory experience in all medical imaging functions
  • Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Specialized experience in Nuclear medicine and Ultrasound Technology
