Monday- Friday with start times between 7:00-8:00am for an 8-hour schedule. No observed holidays or weekends.
Why Become a Process Improvement Coordinator?
Our Process Improvement Coordinator will initiate and facilitate process improvements at the hospital to ensure compliance with hospital standards. The coordinator helps promotes quality and patient safety by verifying all standards are met with falls prevention, sepsis compliance, nursing documentation, survey readiness, and other quality metrics.

In collaboration with the manager/director of Performance Improvement, the coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination, integration, and implementation of the organization wide performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulatory and accreditation standards. Activities include but are not limited to chart reviews, data abstraction for CMS Core Measures and other quality outcomes studies, and staff education regarding core measures and updates regarding new and enhance indicators.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $18.00 to $28.04. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
