Responsible for monitoring, installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of technology solutions. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must have strong Technical, Communication, Collaboration, and Time Management skills.

Required qualifications:

1. Strong analytical and problem solving skills coupled with verbal and written communication skills.
2. A four-year degree or 4 years of related technical experience.
3. Strong interpersonal skills including written, verbal and problem solving abilities while working collaboratively with clients, peers, and cross functional teams.
4. Monitor the company's servers to ensure that they are functioning properly, and provide continual maintenance as required to improve security posture and continual integrity of data.
5. In-depth experience with console and systems management tooling not limited to SCCM,WSUS, SCOM, Solarwinds, Nagios, Puppet, vCenter,vROps, ESXi, SQL Management Studio, MMC, Citrix Studio/AppCenter, Azure, AWS, etc.
6. Experience in Virtualization technologies including VMware, Hyper-V, OVM.
7. Experience in backup software technologies and methodologies not limited to Commvault, Veeam, Veritas Backup Exec, DPM, Tape, Cloud, Agent Jobs, Scripts, etc.
8. Experience in setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of high-performance, high-availability technologies not limited to overall infrastructure, servers, appliances, workstations, virtual or physical.
9. In-depth knowledge and experience of Microsoft operating systems, Linux, Unix, etc.
10. Assist in the preparation and execution of core ITIL processes: Incident management, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.
11. Troubleshoot wide variety of technology issues, using various internal and external resources. Also, generate innovative approaches and solutions to recurring tasks or problems.
12. Daily time tracking in various systems including ticket, change, incident, problem tracking, documentation, and root cause analysis.
13. Demonstrable customer focus attitude.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Industry standard certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare, Cisco, EMC or others if related may substitute for 1 years work experience each up to 4 years.
2. Advanced experience with high availability not limited to MSSQL 2012-2016 AlwaysOn / FCI, MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL, Mogal.
3. Advanced virtualization experience not limited to VMWare, Hyper-V, OVM, and related cloud environments Azure, AWS, etc.
4. Advanced experience with SAN technologies not limited to DELL EMC, NetApp, IBM, HP, Pure, Nimble, etc.
5. Knowledge or experience with storage networks including VSAN Clusters, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS, HBA, Fibre Channel, Zoning WWN, FCoE.
6. Advanced server technology experience not limited to blades, chassis, Cisco UCS infrastructure, Fabric Interconnects, etc.
7. Advanced experience with Windows Active Directory, Exchange and Group Policy implementing and managing in a multi-site environment.
8. Extensive experience with Active Directory, troubleshooting, design and maintenance.
9. Scripting / Automation / Development skills not limited to Full-stack, VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, CSS, RESTful API, AutoIT, VBS, BATCH, PowerShell, etc.
10. Extensive experience in a wide variety of server / workstation systems, applications, and infrastructure.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $63,148.80 to $98,904.00 on an annualized basis. The compensation estimate noted above is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
